We also integrated cable management channels within the arm segments, keeping wiring secure and protected from mechanical stress. The end-effectors were designed for quick attachment and interchangeable functionality, allowing the robot to adapt to various tasks.

Our Nylon 3D printed robot arm components demonstrated excellent performance in real-world industrial tests, maintaining their strength and precision even under continuous operation. The lightweight design reduced the overall load on the robot’s motors, improving energy efficiency and response speed.
